Since it’s going to be a little colder on Sunday, I decided to make an “adventure route”. Squadrats is like a “game” where participants go to as many different places as possible. There’s a few people in the club that know about it. I can tell you & show you more, or you can just come along & get some fresh air. You’ll have to be easy going & flexible. I will be riding places I’ve never been. I’m riding my gravel bike because we may be riding on various surfaces, but I’m shooting for all pavement on Sunday. It will usually include a lot of turns. Average speeds may be on the slow side due to the number of turns involved, but many neighborhoods seem to have the punchy hills, so that makes it fun, too. It’s mostly neighborhood roads & local parks but we may go through commercial areas, too. If we are on a busy road for a while, I’d probably jump on the trail or sidewalk, if that’s all there is.
Since it’s an adventure, we can stop at bathrooms or any place we want.
You can check the Ride with GPS link and upload it in your computer, or we will just stay together.
Like all TCBC rides, helmets are required and safety comes 1st.
