The flooding has receded, but the road to the Yacht club, Lilydale Road, remains closed by the City of St. Paul for repair and cleanup until June 16th.  Although it may be passable by bike, I feel we should respect the closure.  As an alternative, we'll skip this section of this mapless ride and add an additional section past the Rock Island Swing Bridge to make up the mileage.
