Please join me for a fairly calm gravel ride. Most of the gravel in this ride is typically quite smooth. I have ridden this route on 40mm tires with no problems. The route is a combination of gravel and paved sections with 17 miles of gravel and about 20 miles of paved roads. We will start and end the ride in the Gasthaus Bavarian Restaurant extra parking lot. There are refreshments and food available at the end of the ride. Expect this ride to average around 16mph with rises a little slower and flats a little faster, especially when on pavement. There is a porta potty as the city of Hugo public works that we will pass by at around 22 miles and again later in the ride. There are no bathrooms located at the Gasthaus currently, so plan accordingly.
Scenic hill ride through suburban west side neighborhoods with rest stop in Excelsior. Strap on your climbing legs and join us. Starts at Shady Oak Beach with rest room available.

Evenings in the Park out of St. Louis Park will be on again this summer.
This year we'll be heading out west from the St. Louis Park Middle School. We'll be passing through scenic neighborhoods of Minnetonka, lakeside Wayzata, and back through Plymouth along the Luce Line.
This route will run at a B/C pace of about 12-14 mph.
Please park in the north end of the middle school parking lot closest to the tennis courts. Please arrive 15 prior to the departure time to get ready and attend the briefing.
This ride is open to all club members and first time guests.
Meet at Plymouth HOM furniture's back parking lot along Berkshire Lane North. We head out west, north on Vicksburg, back east on Bass Lake Road, north into Maple Grove, riding around Eagle Lake, south through Eagle Lake Golf course, then around Medicine Lake, back to HOM furn. Some hills in Maple Grove and just outside of Medicine Lake.
This classic ride is rather flat.
This is a “B”, 47 mile route with the rest-stop at KWIK Trip -- other ride options 29 - 49 miles.
Easy miles generally, depending on the wind. There are multiple Ride Leaders for this ride, and they could be riding anywhere within the group.
I plan to ride a comfortable “B” pace. Faster or slower riders are welcome to ride ahead of or behind the group, but you will need to be self sufficient. There are several places to stop along each of the routes.
There are Restrooms at ride start and along the way.
Several excellent places to eat after the ride.
Please down load or print your preferred navigation.

Questions call the ride leader.
Mostly on county roads, with some trails.
Please note: Although we don't make a practice of canceling, this ride may be canceled for cold, rain, snow or extremely wet roads. We do ride in cold (down to about 40F), but not on icy or snowy roads. If in doubt about cancellation, please contact leader.
Let’s enjoy some warmer temperatures while we can and ride Sunday from the Windmill (Rotary Park) in North St. Paul. A Northwest wind is predicted. This route should give us some wind protection and maybe have a tail wind on the way back. Rest stop at the Tamarack Nature Center, mile 15.5.
B/C pace – expecting to average around 13 mph at the end of the ride. Faster riders are welcome to go ahead. This is a maples ride - please download the GPS link to your favorite device. Thanks to Carol Fitzgerald for planning the route. Restrooms should be open at the Windmill. The Nature Center building opens at Noon on Sundays. There are satellites available there.
Please check the TCBC Ride Forum or ride calendar for schedule changes or cancellation before leaving home. Call or text Rick at 612-206-5334 or Lori 214-762-4859 if you have questions.
Because the Cannon Valley Trail is currently closed for maintenance between Welch and Red Wing, the route will be 10 miles from Welch to Cannon Falls and continue another 3.5 miles to Lake Byllesby Regional Park via the Mill Towns Trail. The Cannon Valley Trail is flat and the Mill Towns Trail is rolling. From there we return via the same route with an optional lunch stop at Nick’s Diner in Cannon Falls. Daily pass $7, Season pass $30.
